The purpose of this requirement is to discern the quality of the contribution of each member to the group effort in the two group projects；Balance Scorecard and System Thinking.

You should not confer with your teammates as you seriously reflect on their respective contributions; please mindful that this is a very final grade. Also, please submit the evaluation on or before the designated due date. If you fail to comply with this requirement the grades of your teammates cannot be released. You will be held accountable for non-compliance.

You will rate each other member of you team according to the quality and significance of their individual contribution to the project.

1 Do not rate yourself.

2 For each criterion in the evaluation criteria, you will allocate a total of 19 points to your teammates, one getting more than the other, corresponding to your assessment of their respective contributions. The higher the points, the more significance the contribution to the team effort.

3 This is not a forced ranking system. It is therefore possible for some team members to garner equal number of points.
