Electronic games are an important part of entertainment for children and adolescents, as
of now teens will play on a regular basis. Games were supported by many people that put games
in the spotlight with media, policy, and researches concerning about their negative effects or
hoping to control their social goods. There are many reasons why they do research about
electronic games and an idea of why it might have a negative influence on children’s
psychosocial adjustment. Electronic games take time away from the children’s opportunities to
grow and develop, to socialize with other children, and imagination play. Sometimes cause a
result of problems internalizing such as depression, anxiety, somatic symptoms, and withdrawal.
Some games that are inappropriate for young players may teach children to use violence to reach
there goals in life or act out with aggression and delinquency which is called externalizing
problems. However, there are some good reasons that electronic games have a wide variety of
novel cognitive challenges, chances to explore, relax, and a way to socialize with peers.
Researchers work on focusing how games potentially benefit the way its use to adjust by
providing psychologically rewarding experiences that drive off negative effect towards children.
Playing certain types of games may minimize externalizing problems by performing executive
control, attention skills, healthy behavior, and visuospatial abilities. Games can provide favorable
and unfavorable effects towards children and with that advise decision made by heath care
