Abstract

Today organizations have often been encouraging change to better the society. This act will aid and/or inspire the environment to give more of them self. The direction of success in the community will have a profound since of change. Sometime, however the case maybe; change can cause results which are unwanted and /or unexpected. These events will give hope in cutting down the negative change which is growing in some organization. Now these leads will aid us to be more observable of organization behavior, diversity, organization culture and communication. In this paper, the terms mentioned must first be defined before one can truly create a more efficiency social environment. This ensures the successful growth by establishing pattern of effectiveness which gives all the informational factors of an organizational diametric society.

Organizational Culture

This word is defined as the action of a shared system in beliefs and values which develop in an organization, which are the behavior action s of the community. In has been said that no two personalities are alike, one would say the same about two cultural organizations that they are not identical but carry the same value and belief. Still having the statue of what is best for community as a whole. These strong cultures will operate in a since of a clear focus future, also with a vision that will be well supported within the development and communication of the community’s code and policy. This will yield a positive, strong cultural orientation with a high performance, teamwork building emphasis. Also promotes taking risk factor for the members and the innovation that will reach far in the society favor for the success in the cultural since.
