STRENGTHS

Human Resources: The world health organization human resource is well trained and competent. The team comprises of doctors, anthropologists, epidemiologists, administrative officers, etc. The team works in sync to achieve its goals through human resource management,

Service provision: The world health organization is known for its quality service. The company can act swiftly and efficiently to emergencies. An example is its response to the Ebola outbreak. WHO was able to respond promptly and worked with governments and other organizations to identify people with Ebola, provide proper health care for the victims and has participated in providing a decent burial for the victims. The company is also able to offer deposition for protocol, assistance, and practices.

Leadership: WHO has highly qualified leaders who exhibit quality leadership. The organization has identified communication as a vital element to a company's success. Good leaders should be good listeners, excellent at public speaking and at delegating duties to the employees. They should also be able to negotiate effectively to ensure a win-win situation for both parties. As a result, the leaders in WHO go through rigorous training in communication and negotiation.

Technical Resources: For a technical resource to be successful, the organization should be able to build a good working relationship between it and its clients. WHO has an abundance of documents in all health areas. Moreover, the organization also has an efficient mechanism for sharing information between its regional and county offices. It is also able to provide sufficient technical networking and ask for technical assistance when needed, from WHO offices in other regions (WHO, 2015).
