Re: New changes
Good afternoon managers, and fellow staff members;
As many of you know, Lei and I are looking ways to expand Sandwich Blitz. We believe we as an establish company have the potential to do so. With a 30% percent of return of investment, we believe we are capable of make that dream come true but for that some changes are necessary.
The first new change we would like to introduce is the new hiring of a branch manager who will be connection between the home office and our eight existence franchises out there. We believe that delegating some of the responsibilities to the branch manager, we can concentrate on other part of the business and focus into how we can grow as a company.
This will be an open position for those who want to apply; meaning that our existing manager or staff members can apply for the position. We believe in our manager and staff and if for that reason that would like to hear what new solutions you can bring to the company.
Once we have interviewed all possible candidates Lei and I will narrow down all possible candidates to only two. After the last two a chosen, we will be doing a recap of the applicants background and both will be in charge of making the last decision.
After all changes are complete, the new level of organization will be as follows:
Top Level Management
Dalman Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Lei Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Middle Level Management
New manager in charge of daily operations
First line managers
Managers from every establishment
Team- Leader
Shift Leader
