The hospitality industry is a very broad. There are numerous Department and job opportunities within the industry, and each of those Department needs a talented leader for the success of the business.

Lodging, functioning as resorts, motels, hotels, cruises, etc.. is one of the biggest employers in the hospitality management industry. It includes different job opportunities, and many routes seized within this industry such as Regional Manager, General Manager, Room Division Manager, Guest services Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Human Resource, Sales Management, etc..

There are also managers or supervisors in each minor department such as maintenance, events, and logistics.6xzdze

The Regional Manager: One of the top positions in the Hospitality industry handles overseeing different locations to make sure Department Managers are handling their job properly.

General Manager: The GM Monitor supervise all area of establishment in conformity with Company mission statement, including a maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. Responsible for the hiring, training and discipline of all hotel staff.

Assistant General Manager: Handles and assists the General Manager in leading the team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies. They are also responsible for supervising the human resources to ensure proper training, coaching, counseling, discipline, and terminations.

Front Office Manager: The Office Manager handle all duties of the Front Desk Operation, which includes: customer problem resolution, department communications, and staff scheduling.

The Food and Beverage Management on the other hands, has most of its programs that fall under the hospitality degree umbrella programs. It has a very defined management Department such as F&B Director, Catering Manager, restaurant manager, bar manager, executive chef or catering manager.
