Background of the Study

Computers are extremely important in the modern world of today. In the fast moving life of the modern world, computers hold tremendous significance. Computers were developed for the betterment of people’s lives. Nowadays, computers become very important because they are very much accurate, fast and can accomplish many tasks easily. Otherwise, more time will be required to manually complete tasks if computers are not available.

Voting is the most vital citizen participation process in democracy, as it can inherently

facilitate the expression of general will. Voting is the strongest tool for expressing citizen

content and exercising oversight over government bodies.

The researcher find that the process of voting in Sultan Kudarat State University, Kalamansig Campus is manually operated only, you might say that they fill up on the paper ballot and give it manually counted. The Student Body Organization elections have always been a perennial activity for every school. It is an activity where in each student is required to choose from a set of candidates who will represent each position in the Student Body Organization. In order for the student to accomplish this, the student must go through several processes. First the teacher goes to the classroom of the students and assist the students how to vote right, then goes to the voting area and chooses the candidates the students specifically likes. After that, the student submits the filled-up ballot form to the voting administrator or the teacher in order for his votes to be cast.

After all the votes have been cast, the voting procedure goes again through several processes. The votes...
