I. Executive summary

This is an analysis of a small business named Scaritt Spas and Pools. The company based out of Bristol, CT specializes in the sales of Pools and Hot tubs. We are analyzing this company to show that it has a few problems and many opportunities that arise from these problems. The problems revolve around the fact that the company needs an upgrade in its information software. This software deals with the sales and inventory of the company. With this analysis we will show that by upgrading this software the company will be able to improve it sales due to the fact that inventory will be tracked more efficiently. We provide recommendations that also show if the company was to upgrade this software there is a much better chance for growth in profits and also a better chance for the company to expand.

Scarritt Spas and Pools is an LLC company based is located in Bristol, CT. The company currently operates two stores, one at Bristol, CT and the other one at Torrington, CT. This company specializes in the sales of Hot Tubs, Pools, chemicals, accessories, parts for both, and also Big Green Egg Grills. In addition to sales it also does servicing and maintain for hot tubs and pools.
