1. A. The process of waste and duplication would be reduced. Waste of resources of extra hardware, storage, and time would be removed if they enterprise a common ecosystem.

B. The different practices would be resolved and compromised into a single task. The new architecture would not rely on a single idea of what the best practices would be.

C. Organizational vision strategy would be improved. The organization business units will work together and collaboratively.

D. The organization will be more agile and supple, less complex, more cost effective. There will be a common scheme which will reduce complexity, thus increasing the flexibility and agility, in all making the company more efficient and cost effective.
