Human Resources

The human resource assistance plan and its aids that I have described in this

project help the organization's strategic plan by helping the company to stay

proactive in responding to and managing change. It also assists in preparing

employees and management to accept and respond to changes in technology and

the environment. To make a company prosper, both management and human

resources have many tasks. They have to make sure that everything works

correctly on an organizational level, and keep an eye on the activities of employees.

This plan will help the manager, by making sure that the manager can lead a team.

This plan will help everyone in the company work together to achieve to the best of

their abilities. The mission of the company will be advanced through goals and

planning. The plan also puts in place guidelines for control – we can analyze the

process of production, and change things if our pre-defined goals are not being met.

This all relies on the manager – if the manager cannot motivate, lead, and direct

their employees, the company will not succeed.

The plan and its tools that I have designed will help management and the

human resource department by creating a well-planned selection process that lets

them select the best employees. These employees will then give us top

productivity. Our new interview process will let us chose from the best group of

candidates. Since we do not have the time to extensively train possible employees

with yet-undeveloped potential, this plan will let us hire candidates who have

already demonstrated their potential, so that we can focus our training on them.

Our choice of recruitment methods will select the most capable potential

employees, and these employees will be able to learn quickly.

Once they are hired, our employees will benefit from this plan because we

can know their needs and then give them good benefits and compensation
