Abstract

In this essay introduce the situation of China’ s resource and the reason of water scarcity. In my opinion, China is shortage by the fresh water scarcity problem right now. This report will design a best way which is suitable for China to solve this issue, it was collected some background information from the internet and extracted the main idea into a form and search some more scientific ways. After analyzing it, the conclusion reducing the factories which are creating pollutant into the rivers or lakes by establishing a special legal system is the most suitable way for China. This is a convenient and long-lasting project, if China use this plan to solve water scarcity problem, it will cost saving and increase the happiness.
