This report contain the explanation about the chance management in an organization that base in medical industry. Then analyse the approach that they go through to achieve the goal. The purpose of this report to provide the review and information to the top management of organization where it can be learned and applied to their organization.

Intermountain HealthCare is an organization that base in medical industry. Intermountain Healthcare (IHC) perform very well because from manage multi hospital in Utah then now they integrate with health plan, physicians and multi hospital and clinic. IHC upgrade and transform their organization to become better rather than become bigger. The top management of IHC want to deliver the best quality to their customer and find the approach or way to achieve that goal with focus strategy and support of all employee. Although IHC face some problems when they try to achieve that goal but because they believe with the approach which they want to become better while at the same time want to reduce the cost, it drive IHC to the success and become among the best in the world.

IHC’s approach to the health care delivery with involve the physicians into clinical management and it produce the great output where IHC can build the integrated system that help IHC achieve their goal. The Advance Training Program (ATP) by IHC for their employee to educate and train the employee while also get feedback and input from their employee. Besides, top management of IHC integrate and centralize the management and source of the organization to increase efficiently and reduce redundancy. Without this IHC cannot achieve the goal, maybe they can improve the quality but they cannot reduce the cost when there are redundancy and not efficient.
