* Measurement Question – Survey with a scale of 1-5 that will range answers from good to bad. The research company can ask question about technology, medical staff knowledge and bedside manners, distance of hospital etc.

* Advantages: Researchers are able to embed themselves with personal in the hospital. They will a not limit access to situation, medical procedures, medical and administrative personal. This type of access will allow for a more accurate needs analysis and research.

* Disadvantages: With such level of access, medical personal might not act natural and might be make decisions that might be different if there were no observers around. Therefore, potentially skew the outcome of the research.
