For the week four assignment Management Interview Linda Owen RN-BC, CALA, DON was interviewed. Mary Cannon has been with organization for six years and is a Register Nurse, Certified Assisted Living Administrator, Director of Nursing of Orange Clove Estates. The facility Orange Clove is in Westfield, New Jersey which is part of the Union County Health Care System. Orange Clove is a Continuing Care Retirement Community, built in 1998 and is comprised of active adults and elderly residents from 59 to 100 years of age.
The dynamics of Orange Clove begins with our parent organization Union County System. As part of the Union County our Chief Executive Officer and President is Josh F. Grib As the President and CEO, Mr. Grib is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the entire hospital system. The Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Union County Health Care System is Don Massa. The President and Vice President of Union County Health Care System are reasonable strategic counsel and offer guidance as well as leadership to staff. They supervise the lower management to ensure the systems productivity level is maintained. As the Chief Operation Offices they are also both responsible for media relations strategies media inquiries.
The Vice President of Union County Healthcare Systems Senior Services is Jan Solo; hee responsibilities are to oversee the day to day operations, financial and staffing of the organizations three active continuing care retirement communities in Westfield, New Jersey. While Mrs. Solo oversee three sights her has administrators and department directors who responsible reporting the daily affairs to the upper management.
