Business ethics and personal ethics a very similar in that they both have the underlying message of do unto others as you want done unto you. The difference between the two is that business ethics refer to the moral rules and regulations governing the business world, an example of business ethics would be a company's policy on sexual harassment and discrimination conflicts or problems that arise between employees. And personal ethics are the morals, beliefs, and overall core values a person uses during their decision making process to assist and guide them to a decision that is in line with their beliefs and personal ethics overall.
