Murder- Fraud

The way of living in every society is administrated by ethics. What some societies believe as unethical may be a normal practice it other societies. Murder, fraud and bribery acts may be commonly known as unethical practices in almost every society worldwide. Therefore it is an absolute truth that murder, fraud and bribery are considered unethical practices. Moreover, the level of moral intensity on such acts differ from society to society.

American societies do not extol unethical acts such murder, fraud and bribery. Therefore most organizations in the States do not to engage in such acts in business. With businesses global these days, most organizations tend to operate in various societies with diverse cultural values. The cultural value differences have an effect on the way businesses run in each society. Nonetheless, an organization can be a society of its own with a different cultural beliefs. However, it is vital for management of various organizations to build core values that would run in their diverse businesses worldwide. It is therefore unacceptable for organizations I work to engage in unethical practices in foreign countries.

As a result organizations should create and develop a culture where there is no bribery or fraud practices. Training courses on unethical practices should be implemented by management in their business in foreign countries, where employees will not adhere to any form of such practices which could damage its reputation.

In summary, holding fast to such ethical practices in every organization will help in its development. However it is vital for multinationals and corporations globally to invest their resources in creating a culture that stands against absolutes unethical practices such as murder, fraud and bribery.
