Part 1. Introduction & Background

The Troika is a tripartite committee consists of European Commission, ECB

(European Central Bank) and IMF (International Monetary Fund) who are working on

financing those countries who are still suffer from the European Debt Crisis, like

Ireland, Spain and Greece. The main purpose of the Troika is to strengthen the

financial position of those countries and prevent them from bankrupt. In order to get

the loan from the Troika, those countries had taken some action to reform their
