Judicial Tyranny: The New Kings of America

Abstract

Judicial Tyranny: The New Kings of America was written by Mark I. Sutherland as an expose' of the overreaching and tyrannical behavior of activist judges. These federal judges, who swore an oath of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States as it was written by our forefathers, now seek to replace God's sovereignty with their own. Seeing themselves as most sovereign, the highest law of the land and accountable to no one, they interpret the Constitution as they see fit- or their political constituents do. Written in a series of submissions by Christian conservatives in the legal and political communities, Judicial Tyranny seeks to sound the alarm and raise our consciousness of this agenda so that we might return America to what our forefathers fought for it to be- one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all- secured by the people with the power of our vote and our voice.

When our nation was in its infancy, our forefathers sought to right all of the wrongs they fled England and the monarchy for, and set out to form a republic, free from oppression and governed by the people and for the people. In doing so, they placed tremendous consideration into the writing of the United States Constitution-the law of our great land. In order to maintain certain boundaries and to ensure that one office could not monopolize, overpower or threaten another, they divided the powers of government between three branches (legislative, executive and judicial) and protected our federal judges with lifetime appointments, thus unintentionally laying the groundwork for judicial tyranny. Judicial Tyranny, also called judicial supremacy, is the mortal enemy of constitutionalism.
