Kudler Fine Foods first was established in 1998 when Kathy Kudler visions of owning a gourmet food store came to light. Kathy wanted to create a shop that would have everything a customer may need would be successful. One of her strategies is having involvement in all three of the stores. Customers expect nothing but the best from Kudler and to continue with these expectations products are replaced as soon as possible.

Kudler Fine Foods is very customer focused. Interaction with the customers is always pushed. Kathy also takes time to work the counter to be able to get to know the customers. On average customers will return every week to a week and a half to purchase more products. Strategically placed in the mid- to upper class economic regions allows Kudler to sell these products of better quality and healthier products. Being a smaller organization permits Kudler to have better observation of all activities and can react as soon as possible if need be.

Kudler has many marketing strategies to improve the business’s everyday activities. An important part in determine how to market is customers responses. It may take some time to decide what will work best for this particular business. Way in which they market are creating flyers for multiple newspapers, also put some advertisements in local restaurants, radio-stations and also have brochures for the catering department.
