Human resource management has a significant responsibility and influence in organizations. Human resource managers have a huge responsibility in helping organization maneuver through trends. Human resource professionals must understand the laws, comply, and help organizations keep within the state and federal laws to manage the workplace.
Functional Areas of Human Resource Management
There are many function areas of Human Resource Management Work analysis and design of work, Recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, personnel policy, employee data and information systems, compliance with laws, and support for strategies. Work analyzes and designing job help determine the type of job that will need to be done. Job analyzes is the process of getting detailed information about the job, and job design is the process of defining the way work will be performed. Human resource personnel can create a job analyzes template. This will provide the manager with detail information on what the organization needs. The next step will be to complete the job description positions, which will provide information on the duties that will need to be accomplished.
