Abstract

This particular research project demonstrates and analyses conducted research results that were carried out in Enfield London to examine leadership effectiveness on small and medium enterprise. Particular attention was given to budget hotels at Enfield and three hotels were randomly chosen as samples for the purpose of this study. The Researcher uses questionnaire as data collection method and analyses the results in graphical representation. The main contents of this research are: research aims, objectives, research question, methodology, data analyses and overall conclusion by analyzing the research results.
