When conducting an environmental scan, there will be a significant need for the lowest level of store associates. There is a large, qualified staffing pool in Washington, however, retail is quite often viewed as an undesirable market for the recent college graduates and man are familiar with the long hours, low pay, and conflicts between low level employees in retail. Most are not willing to spend several years at the bottom for their desired position. Which is understood. Who wants to spend years and years on a degree to graduate and then spend several more years to get a higher position in retail?...
