Employee Health

Medical Expenses: Money would be reimbursed to the employee or his family depending on the grade to which he belongs, supported with a statement of accounts. The column for grade and the amount reimbursed is given below.

Grade | Reimbursement Limit p.a |

Junior Management and Middle Management grade | Rs.2225 |

Senior Management and Top Executive grade | Rs.3000 |

Note: The family of an employee here consists of spouse, wholly dependent children and wholly dependent parents only.

Hospitalization Expenses:

1. Hospitalization expenses will be reimbursed upto 100 percent in case of employee and 75 percent in case of family members.

2. For the money to be reimbursed the Employee or members of his family needs to be admitted to a Government or Municipal Hospital or any private hospital which is under the management of a Trust or a Charitable institution.

3. Medical Aid and Hospitalization facilities shall be provided to the officers who are placed under suspension.

Leaves:

1. Casual Leave:

a. An officer would be given a casual leave of 12 days for the entire year and not more than four days of Casual leaves may be availed at one time.

b. Casual leaves which are not availed in any year may be suffixed or prefixed to Sick leave in the following year.

2. Privilege Leave:

a. An officer is given one privilege leave for every eleven working days provided at the commencement of the service no Privilege leave may be availed before completion of eleven months of service.

b. An officer on Privilege Leave is given full emoluments for the period of the leave.

c. Privilege Leave may be accumulated upto not more than 240 days except where leave has been applied for and it has been refused.

d. To avail Privilege Leave the officer needs to inform one month in advance.

3. Sick Leave:

a. An officer shall be eligible for 30 days of sick leave for each completed year.
