Mrs. Brill, Sammy, and Miss Ferenzi are all weird people who do weird things. All of these stories are both alike and different. They are alike because they all judge. The stories are also weird with strange characters who like to do strange things. Also all of these people lose something by the end of the stories. They all lose different things though. Mrs. Brill loses her confidence and feeling superior to those around her because she gets judged and called old by someone else. Sammy loses his job because he decides to quit after his boss acts like a jerk to the girls that came into the store. Miss Ferenzi loses her job as well because of the messed up things that she tells the children when she teaches them. Also all of these characters judge, or mess with different people. Mrs. Brill judges all kinds of people that pass her in the park. Sammy judges the three girls who walk into the store wearing bathing suits. Miss Ferenzi judges, and or messes with the children that she teaches. So there are many things that make these characters both alike and different. Some very important steps that these people could take to help themselves face their own reality would be to not judge as much as they have been. Everyone is human, and we all make mistakes. We don’t need to judge each other.

Miss Ferenzi can start off with stop telling lies to the poor children. She needs to stop trying to trick the kids and start teaching them the truth. Mrs. Brill needs to stop trying to judge the people that walk past her in the park each Sunday. As for Sammy, he needs to stop letting things get to him so easily. He needs to try not to judge the people that come into the store as well. All of these people, Mrs. Brill, Sammy, and Miss Ferenzi are all able to make their lives better when facing reality. Mrs. Brill needs to stop letting people’s judgment on her affect her as much as it does. If she just simply does not care what people think then she will live a much happier life. Miss...
