Letter of Appointment

Dear Ms/Mr

With reference to your application and the interview you had with us, we are pleased to offer you an appointment in our Organization on the following terms and conditions:

4. During the period of this employment, you shall not secure any other employment, engage in any profession or trade or pursue any course of study or work part time without the Management’s previous consent in writing.

5. In case you want to resign from organisation you will have to serve a notice of one month or in the case of termination management will give you a notice of one month.

6. You will not at any time disclose or divulge except under legal obligations, any of Company’s affairs or confidential information which may come to your notice during the course of employment.

7. You will behave and conduct yourself in an orderly way and shall not remain absent from the place of work without the permission of the concerned authority.

8. If in the opinion of the management, you are negligent or ineffective in the performance of your duties or are found to be otherwise unreliable or immoral in conduct or should you willfully disobey orders or be guilty of any misconduct, then the Management, after giving an opportunity to explain and clear yourself may terminate the employment without any notice or payment or compensation in lieu of notice.

You are requested to report at our office at 9:30AM for approval to your appointment.
