* It is your responsibility to ensure the cases are handed in on time

* No excuses (computer crashed, forgot to attach the document, it was reformatted etc.)

* Any document received after the deadline and/or does not include your name will receive a grade of zero.

Expectations:

1. Complete the required reading (including texts, supplemental articles, and lecture material). All exam questions will be based on the required reading, lectures, and patient cases.

2. Any topic or material covered in class discussions may be selected as an exam question. Most discussion material comes directly from required readings.

3. Finish all readings, cases and problem solving individually.

4. Complete each question individually. If you cannot answer a question completely, answer to the best of your ability.
