* How might workforce productivity be affected by organizational design? Look at the six key elements of organizational design.

A change after a business has had the same rolls for a long time could cause even more trouble than the economic drought. The countries need proof that the change will help the countries economics and not hurt the economics of the businesses.

* What types of adaptive organizational design might be conducive to increasing worker productivity? Which might be detrimental to worker productivity?

I would use telecommuting. It’s almost similar to doing my work on Canvas. Compressed workweek might be detrimental to worker productivity. The more work you do at one time makes it hard not to make mistakes on every one. I have that mistake sometimes.

* How might an organization’s human resource management approach affect worker productivity? How could managers use their HR processes to improve worker productivity?

If an employee doesn’t agree with what the manager has to say, than the employee might not do their work as good as they can or how they would if they were on the same page with the manager.

* This question is designed to make you think! Are teams more productive than individuals? Discuss and explain.

Well that depends on the people that are part of the team. Some groups may feel more comfortable working together to get the fool opinion of everybody. Planning individually, you might not be able to come up with as many ideas as you would by working as a group.

* What’s your reaction to the statement by experts that perhaps companies are approaching the limits of how much they can squeeze from the workforce? What are the implications for managers as they make organizing decisions?

Most countries have gone through the same economic trouble so, now they should know better way to not fool in debt.
