Compensation Plan for Employment Team
As InterClean adjust employees to the transition of the new selling concept, the compensation plans have to change, allowing the rewards to match the new responsibilities and job duties. Previously, some of the sales staff was paid a base pay plus commission, some were paid commission only, and some were paid with a base pay only. InterClean will focus on customer service and retaining customers and has determined the need for a compensation plan that will allow for employee satisfaction which will in return increase the customer satisfaction. We find it imperative that the compensation plan has an equal part of stability and reward for employees. In addition, InterClean is focused on retaining well-trained employees and retaining personnel already employed with the organization. InterClean will offer a market compatible base salary and bonus eligibility for all sales employees. Pay structure and bonus structure are listed below:
