Conceptualizing a New Product or Service Division

I will explain in the paper the strategic plan for Carol’s daughter newest online service for our new company division, while explaining the vision, mission, and goals of this corporation and how it all will interlink. This paper will also include the company’s values and offers strategic direction while considering the culture, social responsibility, and ethics. I will present the mission statement along with the vision and values and how it will help the company to achieve more success in its new endeavor

Propose a new product or service for the new company division

I am proposing a new online service for the Carol’s daughter hair product line that I believe will certainly would attract more consumers. This online service particularly is geared to customers that are transitioning to natural hair that may not know what products to use or customers that just want to try our products. When customers place their orders online they are shown a video that will provide them with instructions on how to use the product as well as ways to style their hair. They will be able to ask questions about particular products. They video will provide tips for healthy hair and before they actually placed their orders they will be given samples of those products to try. This is a unique service that none of our competitors are offering. I find that giving samples is essential and will attract a lot of customers because the consumers will know if the product works for them before they purchase the product. This way they won’t feel as though they wasted their money.
