1. List all the registration system stakeholders. How is each group affected?

Student will be enjoying a fast registration system which will include an online registration form where each student could fill out through a web browser. The students that want to avoid long lines of waiting in the Admission and Registrar departments would only open a Web Browser on any Computer or Smartphone with an internet connection and fill the specific registration form and submit it.

Advisor will receive the data provided in the registration form by the students and will check data and offers advice.

Registrar will receive the data provided in the class registration form and create a roster of students that later this department will send to the instructors of the classes that have been chosen.

Instructors will receive a roster of students assigned for the classes they are teaching by the moment from the Registrar department.

2. Interviews can be time-consuming and expensive. What are your specific goals, and how would you justify a series of interviews?

Interviewing can be costly. In addition to the meeting itself, both people must prepare and the interviewer has to do follow-up work. When a number of interviews are planned the total cost can be quite substantial. However, there is nothing quite like the face-to-face interview experience, and in many cases it is worth the cost. People who are unwilling to put critical or controversial comments in writing might talk more freely in person. Moreover, during a face-to-face interview, you can react immediately to anything the interviewer says. If surprising or confusing statements are made, you can pursue the topic with additional questions. In addition, during a personal interview, you can watch for non-verbal clues.

Each situation is different, and you must consider the type of information, time constraints, and expense factors.
