Riordin manufacturing is looking to introduce a new system that will consolidate their Human Resources data which is currently spread among multiple departments in the organization. The new system will acquire all of the data and enable it to be saved to one central location. After reviewing the different information gathering and key milestones to be able to track progress, security controls need to be set in place to ensure a fluid transition of the changes. Additional research in the applications architectural structure and process design is necessary and outlined below. This analysis will discuss date processes, networks and interfaces best suited for the success of the service request and allow for proper communication between Riordin Manufacturing and their manufacturing plants.

Architectural Design

The Client-Server architecture would be the best fit for Riordin. Riordin needs a system that can handle multiples areas of documents and information such as payroll, forms, and other necessary papers. The client server is the high tech system the company is looking for that integrates multiple types of hardware well. It is reliable, with a quick response time and availability to the organization. Riordin will need upgrade to Windows 10 for a more user-friendly system for all of its employees.

Security Controls

Security is a high level of concern for any business project.
