Executive Summary

AFU Education Academy starts a new business of educational coaching center, which is in the center of the city Karachi located on the Gulshan Chowrangi. AFU offering services to commerce and engineering students only.

Our target market is Commerce and Engineering Intermediate and post intermediate students from here we provide them high level of education under the supervision of tremendous teachers and from here they can achieve their own goals and make their future bright.

The objectives and goals of our coaching center AFU are:

• We will increase our total students by 30% after 5 years.

• We will decrease our expenses by 14% in five years.

• We will increase our income by 10% in next years.

➢ Our Responsibility to Enroll Our Students in University; we are responsible’, to get our students enrolled in universities.

AFU, adopt some pricing strategies

➢ Absorption Pricing, AFU coaching institutes depending on fees of students. In which we can recover our all cost.

➢ Target Market Pricing/ Competitors Based Pricing / High-Low Pricing; AFU, initially gives admission to 300 students and provides quality based education under the supervision of tremendous teachers. Our fees packages are less than our competitors charge, we charge Rs.2400 for 4 subjects as our competitors do Rs. 3200 for 4 subjects.

➢ Service-Based Pricing, which advocates a fixed price based for teacher we will offer Rs.1000 for one class.
