Introduction
Motivation plays an important role in the success of an employee, and even a company. An employee who has ability but lack of motivation cannot give a great performance, and this is a waste of talent. A motivated employee is one working so hard because he feels fulfilled when doing so. He has a willingness to get the job done efficiently and effectively, never stop chasing the goal and finding out the best way to get the goal. This leads to greater performance, better result, better reward, and then, give the employee the motivation to keep chasing the goal.
You can't get everybody to give the best of themselves unless you understand what drives each individual and what they care about the most.
