As part of a rehabilitation center, we are entitled to ensure the best communication process as we possibly can. This means using different kinds of communication methods in hopes to understanding and informing the patients of everything that they are going through and how they are to handle it. Using an effective communication skill is important in the medical field, just as any other. There needs to be an open line of communication to ensure that everyone knows that is going on.

Communicating as a good manager means using different steps to achieve that credibility. Using different communication styles, managing conflict accordingly, and establishing credibility help with becoming an excellent communicator and manager. Ensuring that each person is trained in effective communication within the internal and external relationships of the organization. With these methods there are other ways to communicate effectively. A good manager also uses methods such as being in control, planning effectively, and using organizational skills that help them in the long run. Communication just not just come from a face-to-face basis but also using any means of technology to communicate. This means using email, text messages, and social media outputs. Every way of communication is important and needs to be used effectively.

Communication within an organization is important because with out communication there would be no chance of anyone knowing what is going on or how to deal with anything. This is essential to any team or organization. Communication is the first key to making sure that everyone is on the same page.
