God created the foundation for the natural world, human identity, human relationship, and civilization in Genesis 1-11. God intended for those principles to be as prevalent today as they were then and for many years, all accepted the beliefs. The natural world would include the four seasons, the sixth day work week, and the Sabbath. Human relationships would always consist of the family, a husband, wife, and children who live close to the older respected members of the family. Relationships would always be respectful and Civilization would become a community where everyone helps the other. Although these ideas have changed due to sin, there are many who remain faithful to God. For all who accept God’s word, these chapters teach how we are to view the world and live from day-to-day.

The natural world today is the same as it was from the beginning, when God created the Heavens and Earth. He created the trees, the plants, and the animals. From the time God placed man in the Garden of Eden until sin entered the world, God was the creator and overseer of the earth. Genesis 1:11 states that God said “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth;” He called it “Good.” We as Christians understand that God made everything in six days, and rested on the seventh, the Sabbath day. But, in Genesis Ch. 3, We see the fall of man as a result of Adam and Eve disobeying God by eating the fruit from the tree of knowledge. Thus, sending them away from the paradise on earth to live and to die. What the world is becoming now, is an atheistic society that has turned away from God’s laws, morals, and teachings.
