Executive Summary

Based on the company’s strategic plan to produce 2.5 million tons of primary aluminum products every year, this marketing plan has been created to inform company’s management and to secure funding for promotional activities. Despite the competition in the global market for primary aluminum, the demand has significantly increased and DUBAL targets to have a share of this expanding market by becoming the fifth largest producer of primary aluminium in the globe. After evaluating the domestic strengths and weaknesses, and external threats and prospects, an informed marketing plan has been created to help build stronger ties with the existing customers and acquire new clients. DUBAL plans to exploit expanding market opportunities in Asia and South America. Over the next five years, DUBAL can broaden its market control and increase distribution of its traditional and new aluminium products.
