It is estimated that by 2020, minorities will make up over half of the US population. Under the confluence of minority and female equality
discussions throughout the nation, embracing diversity is one monumental step for firms to secure their chance among the increasingly
fierce talent and sales battles. KPMG - one of the world’s biggest accountancy and consultancy conglomerates – brands itself as “Diversity
+ Mobility + Opportunity = KPMG”1 where diversity for the first time in history is leading the century-old firm’s identity.
For those of you who aspire to land a career at the four world-class accountancy & consultancy flagships, it is essential to understand two
things: 1) How am I valued as a minority and/or female candidate? 2) How will I be valued and cared for as a minority and/or female
employee? Furthermore, how are the four equally outstanding companies compared with each other on programs and initiatives that are
curated to create an equal and inclusive workplace – What are the differences? Where is the synergy? Knowing these helps you navigate
today’s fast changing job market.
