The restaurant that I have been working on opening is going to be a country restaurant that has a variety of items on the menu for everyone that comes in. I have been playing with the menus and have come up with a little bit of soul food as well as a little bit of Hispanic, Chinese, as well as a wide variety of American foods. I believe that since I live in a multi cultured area that I will bring something that everyone will enjoy to the table this way I do not just appeal to one culture and no one else. I feel that if you have a variety of different things than you can draw in way more customers and be a lot more successful at what you do.
I feel once that I get my restaurant up and running I will be very successful do to me knowing how to run a business for one and for two knowing how to cook the food the way it needs to be done as well as I have friends from the different cultures that has offered to come help me with their cultures food. This will be a tremendous help when it comes to doing this as if you are in the mood for Mexican then I have a Mexican in the kitchen preparing the dish or dishes that the customer’s order. If you are in the mood for say Korean then instead of going 10 minutes up the street for it you can go say 5 minutes and have a Korean dish prepared by a true Korean.
This is the plan that I have had for many years that I will one day succeed in making happen. When will I get to be able to do this maybe in the next ten years or sooner I hope. Just keep your eyes open and your ears to the ground for the brand new multi cultured restaurant that opened up in Clarksville TN.
