Abstract

This case study follows a scenario, for a project manager that has been given the task of developing a complete software solution for the customer-order system of Jackson’s Timber Products (JTP). The tasks performed are project estimation decision of a development process, and project planning. This document is followed by two files from a project management tool (Project Libre), where important aspects are analyzed.
