Harassment in the work places is beginning to pop up in businesses across the great nation of America. There are different kinds of harassments: sexual, verbal, racial, religion, bulling, age, and disability. All of these are illegal for employers to display against their employees. All employees do have the help of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission if the employee feels that he or she is harassed at work by another employee or by the management. In Oswego N.Y., a jury convicted a manager for sexual harassment against ten female workers. A grocery store named Paul’s Big M, was in the spotlight when the manager was being convicted. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is available to protect and help the employees in lawsuits. The companies compliance issues will be addressed, as well as press release a in Syracuse, an alternate strategy to help aid other situations like this that occur.
