Future Goals

* Future Goals

My future career goals is to become a social worker for Children and Family Services and, eventually become a Therapist for school children and teenagers from the ages 6- 19 ultimately I want to do merge both and counsel the children in the social work cases I'll receive.

* Extrinsic Factors

The Extrinsic factors I am looking for in my future career would be the ability to work in very small groups and even one on one with my clients, also it would be able to work in my own space at my own pace.

* Intrinsic Factors

The intrinsic factors I'm looking for in my future career to make it more personally satisfying would be just knowing that I got a child out of a harmful situation and being the person they can talk to about anything and feel safe knowing there is somebody in there corner fighting for their safety.

* Intrinsic Vs Extrinsic Factors

In my opinion both are important for long-term career satisfaction, because in order to be satisfied with career both factors play a very important role to ensure that you are happy with the career you choose . The purpose of a person continuing their education and starting a career in a field you always wanted to work in, your dream job, it would have to benefit you both externally and internally

* Motivation

Recognizing these factors would keep me motivated as I move toward my career goals because these are things that I always wanted in the perfect career for myself, looking towards future goals helps me get the visual of me actually sitting in my own office which helps me work harder to get the thing I feel would better fit me.
