Exercise on customer value. 

My husband and I decided to go out one night to have something to eat, clear our minds and have some drinks. . We determined the budget we could spend that night in terms of our economic capacity, the time of consumption and, above all, the motif. Taking all that into consideration, Chili's restaurant in Condado won us over. Is a relatively new restaurant since it opened recently in substitution to another location they had in the area. The restaurant was very cozy, not very big but it did not feel cramped or crowded. The decor is modern; it feels young, cheerful and adequate to the area where it is located. As soon as we got there we were greeted with a "Welcome to Chili's" which made us feel very special, ones presence is not always recognized immediately upon arrival. Good service did not stop there; we spent some time in the restaurant ordering some appetizers and drinks and the waitress was very helpful and patient with our indecision about what to order. The reality is that this particular Chili's exceeded my expectations. When I think of Chili's I think about a fast food restaurant where everyone goes in a very casual and informal manner. This location in particular felt a little more sophisticated, but not so that you felt uncomfortable. For a party of two we found it was not at all expensive, that is, prices were very accessible given the environment and location we were in.

We entered the restaurant in order to cover some necessities, we were hungry and wanted to clear our heads and have a good time, we expected to receive some value. For us to get this value we had to perform some sacrifices, monetary and time related. From my point of view, the sacrifice of time is the most important. Time is...
