Why Do People Bash?

WHY BASH?

Why do a fan base bash other stars especially those who are close competitors of their idols? One time I was stalking a celebrity and a comment captured my attention. Fans are arguing about how their idols are much better than the account owner. At first I found it amusing. Seeing them point out each of their idols flaws and imperfections or pointing how perfect and a good person their idols are. Reading comments defending their beloved idols. I saw how devoted fans they are to their idols. But when time passed by it became irritating, annoying and troublesome. I realized that some fans who are certified bashers spread rumors that may ruin their idols or the person they are bashing. They didn't care how the person their bashing feels and forget that the words they used is much painful than sword. They didn't harm the person physically but emotionally. Sure the celebrities appear to be not shaken but I somehow think that deep inside they're enduring the pain the bashers caused.

Did you not realized that bashing is a form of bullying? How will you feel if you were the one being bashed? Being shamed? False rumors spreading and tainting your name? It will hurt. A lot. I realized that bashers bashing someone not just celebrities but other people too are just a one insecure person. The statement "hating someone for no reason" is false. Why? We all know deep inside us that there is a reason but you keep on denying it because you can't accept the fact that you're secretly insecure to that person.

Bashers, what do you gain from bashing someone? Ruining their image and tainting their names. Does it feels good? Did it felt good that you ruined someone’s name to make your idol the best? Shame on you. You must know that you're not just ruining your idol's competitors but also your idol. Why? They are known for having barbaric fans who bashed other idols who didn't even harm you. You're also making other fans look bad even if they are not involved in bashing.
