Pan Boricua is a company which produces and distributes Puerto Rican products to the natives in the United States. The company is in the position where it can go worse but at the same time it also has the opportunities to grow in market. One of the issues that Pan Boricua is facing is for them to decide on where to focus on improving their business. They should identify if they should focus on the states where they have already entered or should focus on other states which also has a majority of the Puerto Rican population. The other issue that the Pan Boricua needs to focus on is the increasing competition that they are facing and should devise a strategy that makes their product stand out in the market among their competitors.

Problem Statement:

There are few issues that the company needs to pay their attention at present. The main issue that the company need to focus primarily is for them to formulate a strategy and decide whether to penetrate into the market where they already exist and to enter into states where the Puerto Rican population is high. It is imperative for the company to perform an opportunity analysis before they jump into some major decisions. By doing this, the company has an opportunity to increase their sales in order to stay ahead and stand out in the fierce market of pan sobao and other Puerto Rican products.
