The Radiology Imagining executive leadership team has many prospects and challenges to consider with their move to Kava. Issues that have previously been identified will undergo changes in order to assure that all questions and problems that have arisen will be identified and documented for the stakeholders. The most significant problem Radiology Imaging will face is the establishment of a resource that can hold out against the repeated natural disasters that have occurred and that will come but yet remain profitable with income coming in. This evaluation will include the structure of the facility in particular.

Identify decision criteria:

Having identified the problem, the next step is to identify what the decision making criteria is to be. The criteria we will use will be in Radiology Imaging Organizations mission statement.

The Radiology Imaging Organization mission statement:

"To provide exceptional radiology services by empowering team members to exceed the expectations of patients, physicians and referral sources." In order to achieve our mission statement we must remember and conduct business according to our Code of Ethics: Obey the law, show respect for each individual we care for, including our employees and staff members, respect your right to privacy, and reward those that take stock in our business.

The mission statement and code of ethics provides us a way to follow certain criteria and requirements. The solution(s) we come up with must be legal. It must enable Radiology Imaging to keep our promise to show respect for each individual we care for, provide good quality services for the lowest prices available on the market, as well as provide a safe and structurally sound building. This way we can ensure that Radiology Imaging’s employees will receive exceptional benefits and a safe place to work in the likely event of a natural disaster occurring....
