Project Title: Getting Petrol from the Petrol pump.

Objective: To get petrol when NOC formally distribute it from nearby petrol station.

Strategy: Filling petrol being in queue as early as possible.

Constraints:

Time constraint: Limited window period of 12 hours; particular day only for certain range of lot numbers of the vehicle as below: NOC has declared that petrol will be distributed as below criteria;

1) First day (from 1-25 Lott)

2) Second day (from 26-40 Lott)

3) Third day (41-55 Lott)

4) Forth day (56 above)

Information constraint: limited information about the real time of petrol distribution;

Limited Petrol Supply when demand is high: Only about 4000 liters of petrol is distributed through the local pump nearby my house among private two wheelers. Each two wheeler gets 5 liters of petrol. The vehicle gets petrol on first come first serve basis. There were already 40 vehicles ahead of me. So 1000 motorbike will get petrol from that pump if distributed sincerely.
