Introduction
When looking for any school, business or organization, I always look for their Mission and Vision Statements; because they give you’re a sense of what the organization is all about. Even though, I have found past experiences that not all organizations adhere to their own statements, but there are those who do and are usually the most successful. Before beginning my journey at Northcentral University in the MBA Degree Program for HR Management on May 5, 2014, I had not heard about the university. So I decided to do a Google search and see what I could find.
There was a lot of information about the school on the internet, (both good and bad reviews), and on some sites, the bad outweighed the good. After reading all the negative reviews from prior students, I’ll have to admit, it scared me a little bit, so I decided to keep looking. To my surprise, I ended back up on the Northcentral University Website. After looking at the website and all the university had to offer, I decided to take a closer look at their Mission, Vision, and Value Statements and see what they were all about. These statements are what drew me in to make a conscientious decision as to whether or not I would enroll as a student.
