Brief Intro
For any wide placed organization, it is very essential that they ensure the payroll system should be designed in such a way that its overall effectiveness is enhanced; In early times the payroll system was not that comprehensive as compared to modern times. There were short payroll systems which compiles up to more or less few employees, but today the payroll systems consider a number of aspects besides the pay, which may include the advances, house allowances, bonuses. etc. and to maintain the standard effectiveness different technologies have been enabled.
It is very important to have a right and best architecture where the design of the system is concerned. This is only because the organization is very huge comprising of one data center and a number of offices that are connected to the main data center by a wide are network (WAN) this is connected through WAN because this network covers the entire building, cities and states Etc.
Architecture for the new payroll application
The architecture should be of such a type that it could be used while the establishment of the payroll system for a huge organization spread across the country. Considering that this organization is interlinking a number of offices from
different parts of the United States of America through a wide area network

connection. It is of most importance that the new payroll application system must base on a solid architectural framework. This architecture must get the following factors into account:
Avoidance of Error
Data contained in the inventory
Evaluated allowances
Rates of the income tax
The system combines up different elements into an architecture, or design that is cost effective, secure, technically fit and able to support the information.
