a. Customer Care

It facilitates communication between the society and members, hence making conveying of information to and from the member faster and prompt. It has the following provisions;

• Enquiries - Enquiries offer unique platform; through which members can find out information relating to products and services that are offered by the society. They can also enquire about their accounts details, personal details etc.

• Notifications – This facility is used to send notifications to society members about the products and services offered by the society or any other information the society may want to convey to them; either individually or as a group through email addresses or mobile phones.

b. Mobile Banking

This provision enables members to transact their accounts using their mobile phones; hence making co-operative societies to be modern. Visiting the society’s offices will be a thing of the past, unless a member wants do so. Using this facility, members can perform;

• External and Internal Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) – This involves transferring funds from an external account to an account in the society or from an account in the society to an external account using mobile phone.They can also transfer funds from one account to another within the society; such as:- Cash deposits to FOSA, cash withdrawals, standing orders, loan interface(application,guarantors, guarantees etc.), loan repayments, share contributions, airtime purchase, utility bill payments, mini statements, inter account transfer orders etc.

• Transaction Notification - The system sends notification to a member on transacting an account or whenever personal detail is changed in the system, such as; Salary payment alert, Debit and credit transaction alert, ATM card transaction, balance enquiry etc.

c. Loan Interface

It provides user friendly environment through which members can adequately interact with the society on matters pertaining loan products....
