The term Global thermal warming is used to describe the process of continuous rise in the temperature of the Earth's atmosphere and its consequences on its oceans and the sea level changes and this is believed to be permanently changing the Earth's climate (Flint, 2010). According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), global warming is caused by greenhouse gas effects emitted by human activities into the ozone layer. Scientists discovered that there were several greenhouse gases responsible for warming. They explain these greenhouse gases are emitted into the atmosphere by human beings in a variety of ways. It is believed by the scientists that most of these dangerous gases come from the combustion of fossil fuels in cars, gases emitted by factories and various activities of electricity production which leads to the emission of chemicals in the form of gases into the ozone layer. Most importantly, scientists' belief that the gas responsible for global thermal warming is carbon dioxide.

However, other contributing gases include methane gases released from landfills and agricultural activities as well as the gases that are used for refrigeration and industrial processes. This belief and explanation by the scientists concerning the causes and effects of global thermal warming are right because, through their scientific proofs, they came to realise that the ozone layer can be affected by industrial chemicals and the excess emission of carbon dioxide. Secondly, during the olden days when industries were few and fewer chemicals were emitted into the atmosphere instances of effects of global thermal warming were minimal. However, nowadays when industrial emissions are more due to increased number of industries, cases of effects associated with global...
